Important Information on Payment

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criteria. The customer order will be fulfilled and billed only when BuyProHelmets.com deems the credit card information accurate.

If a credit card is declined during order processing, the order will be canceled. The customer will be contacted immediately by email regarding your canceled order. The customer can reinstate the order at any time. However, BuyProHelmets.com will not guarantee the item(s) will be in stock when your order is reinstated.

Sales Tax

State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within the state of Pennsylvania.

Changing or Canceling Your Order

After you have clicked "Submit Order ", your order begins to process and you cannot cancel or change your order.* Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Instructions.

*Note: You may only cancel your order if you receive an e-mail notifying you that:

• One or more items in your order is on back order. (You may only cancel the back ordered items.) Please contact us immediately at sales@buyprohelmets.com or 866-898-8403 if you wish to cancel these items.

• We are unable to process your payment information.

• If you do call and we are capable of canceling your order or an item. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to Stocked items and 25% for Factory Shipped items.
