Shipping Rates and Methods 

Shipping fees are based on the parcel's weight, the destination, and the time frame in which you require your merchandise. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels.

When will I get my order?

For items that we ship from our warehouse; our standard processing time is 0-2 business days. Therefore to get an accurate idea of the total delivery time for your order, take note of this simple equation:

PROCESSING TIME + SHIPPING TIME = DELIVERY TIME

Please note: this calculation includes business days only, unless otherwise specified.

Methods

We ship using a variety of different carriers. We do this to utilize the most efficient and economical method of transport for your goods. The preferred carriers that we currently use include:

• UPS, for most packages.

• USPS, for some packages less then 5 lbs.

Expedited Shipping

Many items are available with expedited shipping methods allowing for faster delivery. Any available expedited options as well as standard options will be displayed on the shipping page during the checkout process. If you select an expedited shipping method, please be aware that orders are processed based on the item processing time from receipt of your order. The day of shipment does not count as the first business day. Business days are considered Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.

UPS Ground Service

Orders will be processed (pending credit card approval) in 0-2 business days. Customers can expect delivery 1-5 business days after the order is processed. Standard Factory shipped items will be processed (pending credit card approval) according to item availability listed on the site. Customer can expect to receive their packages 1-5 business days from the last possible day on the availability.

UPS 3^rd Day Ground

3rd-Day Ground orders will be processed (pending credit card approval) in 0-2 business days. Customers can expect delivery 2-3 business days after the order is processed. Standard Factory shipped items will be processed (pending credit card approval) according to item availability listed on site. Customer can expect to receive their packages 1-5 business days from the last possible day on the availability.

UPS 2^nd Day Air

2nd-Day Air orders will be processed (pending credit card approval) in 0-2 business days. Customers can expect delivery 2-3 business days after the order is processed. Standard Factory shipped Items will be processed (pending credit card approval) according to item availability listed on site. Customer can expect to receive their packages 1-5 business days from the last possible day on the availability.

UPS Next Day Air

We can begin delivery on overnight orders quicker and later than most online services. Upgrading to Next Day Air does not mean you will get your order on the Next Day. Just order before 4 pm EST, and in most cases, we will ship your order that same day (pending credit card approval) for delivery by 5 pm the following business day. Standard Factory shipped items will be processed (pending credit card approval) according to item availability listed on site. Customer can expect to receive their packages 1-5 business days from the last possible day on the availability.

Refunds on Shipping Charges

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received a damaged product, we will refund shipping charges to your credit card. For shipping charge refunds without a receipt, you must provide the original order number.

Partial Shipments

Orders with multiple items can be shipped in multiple packages. In this instance items will ship from more than one shipping facility. If an expedited shipping choice is made, all items available for immediate shipment will process in that manner. Although multiple packages are being shipped, you will only incur one shipping charge.

Shipping Rules and Regulations

• Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

• The shipping cost shown for an individual item reflects what you can expect to pay if the item ships alone. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. Your actual shipping and handling cost will automatically compute on the Shipping Options page of checkout.

• Your credit card is approved for the total of the order prior to submitting your order. Any change in the total will be prior to finalization of billing.

• If you selected Visa, MasterCard, or Discover the shipment is sent out immediately. If a money order, cashier's check or personal check is the payment type, then we wait for payment to arrive and clear before shipping.

• If address correction is needed by UPS (customer typo or change of address en-route on 'ship to address') BuyProHelmets.com will charge customer's credit card to cover UPS fees ($6.00 for ground and $12.00 for 3-day, 2-day and next day).

• BuyProHelmets.com may ship packages with signature required.

• Factory Shipped "FS" items placed on BuyProHelmets.com will ship per the manufacturer's time frame listed on the item. To determine if an item is direct or factory shipped, see the "item Description"
